Our current long-term management contracts operating Bournemouth Pier in Dorset and Cromer Pier in Norfolk include a variety of all-weather attractions for all ages and generate income for the local authorities which has grown year on year.
Bournemouth Pier
25 Year Contract
We have a 25-year lease and partnership with Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole (BCP) council to develop and operate Bournemouth Pier in the UK’s leading beach resort. Operations include a restaurant, bar, coffee shops, family attractions, retail and food & beverage outlets, adventure attractions, weddings and events.
Using our expertise in attractions management, we have increased operational turnover at Bournemouth Pier by over 4 million in 10 years
Bournemouth Pier has been regenerated under Openwide (Adventure Attractions) management, with innovative new attractions and events putting Bournemouth on the map!
Cromer Pier
Contract renewed
3 times since 2002
We have a Long-term Management Contract with North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) to operate Cromer Pier, a grade 2 listed structure including restaurant, retail and food & beverage kiosks, bar, retail and regional theatre. This contract has now been re-awarded three times.
